關(guān)于社會獎學(xué)金（非學(xué)院）獲獎學(xué)生書寫感謝信的通知

各獲獎學(xué)生：

我校2010—2015學(xué)年獎學(xué)金評審已基本結(jié)束，各院已經(jīng)將獲獎學(xué)生信息核對完畢，現(xiàn)在要求所有獲得社會獎學(xué)金的學(xué)生書寫感謝信，以示對捐資助學(xué)的企業(yè)、單位、個人的.感謝(內(nèi)容可以寫你在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)、生活的情況、將來的打算等等)，具體要求如下：

1、感謝信用統(tǒng)一的專用信紙，使用藍色或黑色鋼筆(簽字筆)，字跡工整，無涂抹，忌字跡潦草，敷衍了事，感謝信字數(shù)以滿一頁為準，不得三言兩語敷衍了事;(抬頭稱呼：尊敬的某某公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或先生，落款為：某某學(xué)生敬上);

2、附一張5吋彩色生活照片，粘貼照片時，請使用雙面膠帶;

3、感謝信和粘貼照片的信紙用小夾子或曲別針相連，避免使用大頭針或訂書針；保持信紙干凈、整潔、平整;

4、各獲獎學(xué)生于12月8日（星期四）上午12：00前交至北二樓1409辦公室;

5、專用信紙將由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一提供，請各獲獎學(xué)生于12月5號下午4點以后來北二樓1409辦公室領(lǐng)齲
