金風(fēng)送爽，在九月的旖旎風(fēng)光中，又有一批新鮮的血液注入到我們××小學(xué)這個(gè)溫馨的大家庭中，讓我們用掌聲來歡迎他們的加入。(鼓掌)同學(xué)們，童年是嶄新的，在我們的腦子里總會(huì)有那么多的新點(diǎn)子、新方法、新感受、新作品、新經(jīng)驗(yàn)，新思維、新作為，在我們眼中每天升起的太陽也都是新的;童年是快樂的，籃球場(chǎng)上大汗淋漓地奔跑，我們是未來的飛人喬丹;電腦房中十指如飛，我們是明天的比爾.蓋茨;音樂室里引吭高歌，我們是下個(gè)世紀(jì)的帕瓦羅蒂。

first,academic knowledge is most important.
good teachers are info experts.
good teachers are masters in their field.
great teachers are great students.
they are aggressive learners.
they outwork even the best students.
besides,they are skilled instructors.
they know how to teach.
they know how to paon knowledge.
second,good teachers are committed.
they are dedicated to their career.
they are enthusiastic about teaching.
good teachers are devoted to learning.
they are passionate about education.
they have high standards and expectations.
they put students first.
they inspire students to work hard.

they're like loyal friends.
they're like foster parents at school.
they're excellent mentors to follow.
good teachers can make you feel great.
