事業(yè)單位人員演講稿
尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位同事，大家好!?
首先，我衷心感謝所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)搭建了這樣一個平臺，感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事的信任和支持，讓我有機會參加競爭上崗演講。我今年37歲，本科學(xué)歷，經(jīng)濟師職稱，××年12月入伍，在部隊服役，××年10月入黨，××年6月從部隊轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)到所里工作。到單位以來，我一直在所辦公室擔任駕駛員工作，六年來，我能立足本職，愛崗敬業(yè)，恪盡職守，任勞任怨，注重學(xué)習(xí)，積極發(fā)揮主觀能動性，比較好的完成了各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的交通保障任務(wù)，并且做到了行車安全無事故。作為一名駕駛員，我不僅做了一名駕駛員應(yīng)該做的工作，而且，我還利用與各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們下鄉(xiāng)、進廠開展科技服務(wù)的有利時機，自覺加強學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身的素質(zhì)，主動地參與了科技項目撰寫、申報工作，并積極承擔了單位的攝像以及新聞報道工作，為宣傳科技工作，提高我們。 所的知名度作出了應(yīng)有的貢獻，本人也因此被××日報社評為2008年度《先進通訊員》。在2005年和2008年年度考核中，我先后被評為優(yōu)秀，今年還被局機關(guān)黨委評為優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員。這些成績和榮譽的取得，都是在座各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心，同事們的幫助、支持的結(jié)果。
我競爭的崗位是辦公室副主任。大家都知道，辦公室的工作具有綜合性、全局性、服務(wù)性
各位導(dǎo)、同事們，所里組織開展的這次競爭上崗活動，對我來說已經(jīng)是一個很大的鍛煉和提高。借此機會我也想表個態(tài)，無論結(jié)果如何，我都會做到成功不自滿，落選不氣餒，堅決服從組織安排!一如既往地做好本職工作，為所里的各項工作做出自己應(yīng)有的貢獻。

從我做起，做好本職工作
尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，親愛的同事們：
大家好!我是xx市機關(guān)事業(yè)單位社會保險辦公室的xx-x，很高興參加今天的這次演講，我演講的主題是“從我做起，做好本職工作”.xx市機關(guān)保險辦承擔著全市機關(guān)事業(yè)單位社會保險的征繳和離退休及遺屬人員的待遇發(fā)放工作，這些都是與我們息息相關(guān)的，作為保險辦公室的一位工作人員，我深感榮幸和自豪。在工作中，我們認為應(yīng)該從我做起，做好本職工作，秉承真情相助的服務(wù)理念，為全市機關(guān)事業(yè)單位服好務(wù)。作為個人來講我覺得應(yīng)從以下幾個方面努力改進自己：
1、加強學(xué)習(xí)，提高自身綜合素質(zhì)和業(yè)務(wù)水平。在工作生活中，努力做到嚴以律己，真誠待人，微笑服務(wù)，按照一名機關(guān)工作者的要求規(guī)范自己的言行，自覺遵守國家法律、法令及各項規(guī)章制度，愛崗敬業(yè)，作風(fēng)扎實，不謀私利，時時處處以嚴格的標準要求自己。同時積極創(chuàng)新思路，改進工作方法。
2、做好社會保險基數(shù)審核工作，維護職工合法權(quán)益并保證無一人漏繳，基數(shù)不差一分，離退休金發(fā)放準確無誤。
3、認真做好指紋鑒定數(shù)據(jù)采集工作。在指紋采集過程中，積極宣傳社會保險政策和法規(guī)。聽取老同志對保險工作的意見,對他們的疑問進行解答,能當場處理的當場進行處理,不能處理的及時向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進行匯報。
4、認真做好報表統(tǒng)計工作。按時完成報表工作，保持數(shù)據(jù)的連續(xù)性和時效性。及時做好統(tǒng)計資料的歸檔工作，保證統(tǒng)計資料的完整性。
以上是我在實際工作中總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗和個人觀點，還望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批評指正。
