● 表示謙讓

3. In all honesty, it was quite a surprise for me to get this promotion.

本段重點在于表示自己完全未曾預期升遷的謙虛心理。"To be honest"、"truthfully"或"in all honesty"是強調你說的都是"真心話"，"quite a surprise"，則是說"十分令人意外的驚喜"。

● 感謝同仁

1. On that same note, I'd like to thank all my colleagues in the company for their enthusiasm and hard work.

● 未來的承諾

最后一段應再度表示自己的謙虛與對未來的承諾：決不因此而自傲。"What I'm trying to say..."是一種強調口氣的說法。

結構分析

通常，公司在向員工發(fā)表人事升遷時，都會選擇氣氛比較輕松的場合，宣布的語氣也較不正式;因此你在發(fā)表感言時，也不必太過嚴肅。
