Personally , among all the factors that account for this trend, the following are worth mentioning.
引言部分 ：作者先交代背景知識(shí) ，注意這里不是照搬題干的內(nèi)容，而是換種說(shuō)法（如果題 干部分的內(nèi)容較多，可以進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的'概述 ），然后用personally引出自己的觀點(diǎn)。
Above all, nowadays college students face great employment pressure. Civil servant, as one of the most stable professions in today’s China, becomes their preferable choice. Moreover, in recent years, the welfare and salary of civil servants have been improved greatly, which undoubtedly attracts many people. Besides, the high social status of civil servants is an important factor drawing many people to take part in the civil servant test.
主體部分：作者從學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力、公務(wù)員的福利薪資和社會(huì)地位三個(gè)方面說(shuō)明國(guó)考熱的原 因。連接詞分別使用了above all ，moreover和besides ，當(dāng)然也可以使用firstly，secondly ，and lastly等。
In my opinion, this fad in civil servant test will continue in the following years. However, in the long run, it doesn’t do good to the development of the nation. If most high quality talents gather in the government departments, it might lead to a waste of resources. Therefore, both the individuals and the government should have a more objective recognition of the civil servant test craze.
總結(jié)部分 ：作者用in my opinion來(lái)引出自己對(duì)國(guó)考熱的預(yù)測(cè)：國(guó)考熱會(huì)繼續(xù)，但是從長(zhǎng)期 的角度來(lái)說(shuō)，對(duì)國(guó)家的發(fā)展是不利的，因此政府和個(gè)人都應(yīng)該更客觀地看待這個(gè)事情。整個(gè)文章都體現(xiàn)了一種客觀的思考 ，文風(fēng)正式穩(wěn)健。
