　　一、信函寫作：稱呼、正文、落款

　　1、審題—-判斷是個人書信&事務公函

　　決定：

　　語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達，不用縮略語(對公)

　　半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達(對私)

　　2、正文

　　三段(8句)：寫作目的段、細化段、感謝或者期待。
