I have a bad behavior, when I get angry, I will fight back and say the bad words which will hurt other people. Once my friend Lucy missed the time we had ordered, she was late for half an hour, when she arrive, I got angry and said I did not want to see her again. Two days later, Lucy explained and I felt so sorry to her, I must learn to control my bad temper.
我有一個壞習(xí)慣，當(dāng)我生氣的時候，我會反抗，說一些不好聽的話，傷到別人。曾經(jīng)我的朋友露西錯過了我們約定的時間，她遲到了半個小時，當(dāng)她來到的'時候，我很生氣，說再也不想見到她。兩天以后，露西解釋了原因，我感到很抱歉，我必須學(xué)著去控制我的壞脾氣。

Last night, I had a fight with my parents, because I did not agree with their opinion. So I said the bad words and lose control. When I went back my bedroom, I realized I did the wrong thing, I had the bad temper and I should control my temper. I apologized to my parents, they were happy that I had grown up. I’m so sorry to hear that you lose your temper frequently nowadays, which upset you a great deal. Actually, there is no necessity for to be confused by it because it is quite a common phenomenon among our teenagers. Nevertheless, you have to learn to get your temper under control in case of doing anything regrettable. Thus some effective measures will be provided for you to help you as the master of your emotions.
To begin with, it is vital that you should have yourself relaxed, thus keeping you free from anxiety. And listening to music and going out for a short walk can be nice choices for your relaxation. In addition, communication is the key to relieving you from your doubt and puzzle. Not only can you have a heart-to-heart talk with your familiar friends, but also you can chat with stranger online to release your anger. More importantly, you should always remain optimistic about your future. The more positive life you are living, the less attention will be focused on anxiety.
In the end, I hope you won’t be at the mercy of the bad temper any more. Cheer up and I believe you can cope with your temper appropriately.

It is unknown, always selfless dedication; it is hard-working, but often overlooked; it is stubborn, always adhere to their beliefs. Its the cow.
牛有很多優(yōu)秀的品質(zhì)，但給我印象最深的是它那“�！逼狻灰J(rèn)定了一個目標(biāo)，就一定要實現(xiàn)。正是這“�！逼�，使它受了不少苦。

One day, I saw such a picture on TV: a car delivering water for the dry area was blocked by an old ox. Looking at its dry lips, I knew it must have been several days without water. But no matter how the driver drives it, it will not move half a step. A little soldier who escorts a car cant bear to risk being punished and bring a basin of water for the old ox. The old cow raised his head and mooed a few times. A calf in the distance came flying over and licked the water the old cow asked for. The old cow looked at the calf and finally drank the water, laughing happily. After the calf finished drinking, there was still a little bit in the basin. The old cow licked it a few times, and then left with the calf.
在場的人眼睛都濕潤了，他們原以為老牛是為了自己而要水，沒想到竟然是……這是一幅多么令人感動的母愛圖��！老牛一旦決定為小牛要水，那么不管多么艱難，我想它都不會輕易放棄的。
The peoples eyes were wet. They thought that the old ox wanted water for himself, but unexpectedly What a touching picture of maternal love it is! Once the old cow decides to ask for water for the calf, no matter how hard it is, I dont think it will give up easily.
正是這種精神教會了我不要輕易放棄，既然決定了，就只管風(fēng)雨兼程，要記住，風(fēng)雨過后就是彩虹。
