i will never forget that moment when i was pressing the buttons on the phone .i was entering a hot line to find out my results in the final eamination of junior school. i remember having a hopeful but anious feeling in my stomach. kill or cure? the big moment had come. on hearing the voice say "congratulations! you come top in the eam." i cheered up.”you make it!" i just smiled a big smile to myself. the success really encouraged me a lot.
however, god seemed to have pulled a prank on me. the most depressing just followed the most inspiring success i have achieved. no sooner had i got the good news than i was hit by a serious fever, which made me in bed for a whole week. it was really annoying at the thought of all the joys i missed. if i hadn＇t been ill, i could have had a good time with my old friends! i also missed the chance to enjoy a party which all my classmates took part in before we fell apart.

Times need heroes, and heroes stand out. Franklin Roose velt is just a hero of the times. Well known for his uNPRecedented 13 years as the President of U. S. , he is regarded as a savior of America. However, it is not his brilliant achievements that attract me. What I really admire are some qualities shining in his whole life such as fortitude, courage and also his amiability.
His early time, I mean before his forties, was smooth. He was born rich and had a happy marriage. After graduating from Harvard, he served in the Navy. At that time, he had already shown his remarkable leadership and since his uncle was a President, he would surely enter the political arena. But everything changed when he was 39. Healthy and strong as he was, he was attacked by polio after swimming, which caused the life long de formity in his legs. It was extremely hard for this ambitious man to face the misfortune. He was, of course, in a bad mood and wanted to give up all his dreams at first. Then, after careful thinking, he finally decided to bestir himself. He was not a man
easy to surrender. Again he took part in political activities and,at the same time, practiced standing up and then walking with a stick. Eventually this brave man won the battle against fate. He became the only disabled President in American history and uNPRecedentedly served four terms. All should be attributed to his fortitude.
"The only thing we fear is fear itself." This famous saying now has spread all over the world and encouraged lots of people.Roosevelt first said it, and as a great leader, he made all his people believe it. He practiced what he preached for he was surely a courageous person challenging the tradition. He formulated new policies to help his nation out of the Depression. He declared war against Fascists though most of the Congressmen opposed him at that time. All proved that he was right for his courage was not rash but based on careful thinking. "A leader is one who dares to dream, and then, dares to achieve."
He was great, but not great in appearance. He looked like a kind grandpa at the first sight. He initiated the fireside chat to express his ideas and explain his policies in a relaxed atmosphere on radio. He always smiled sincerely when speaking and listening. These didn＇t lower his prestige but made him amiable and welcome.
He is surely not a perfect man no one can be perfect.Every age has its hero in the forefront, just like Franklin Roosevelt a man I admire.

每天到班五次，考勤、紀(jì)律管理、大掃除、衛(wèi)生檢查活動(dòng)、大禮堂活動(dòng)、主題班會(huì)活動(dòng)，遠(yuǎn)足活動(dòng)。制定詳盡的安排。
二、一視同仁，情系學(xué)生。
實(shí)習(xí)班主任，前期兩個(gè)星期，努力記住了每一位學(xué)生的名字和面龐。讓他們知道老師關(guān)注他們、關(guān)心他們，為后期班主任實(shí)習(xí)工作的展開帶來了很大的便利。尊重欣賞每一位學(xué)生，實(shí)習(xí)班級(jí)很多學(xué)生有特長(zhǎng)，如跳舞、繪畫、朗誦，樂于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點(diǎn)。急學(xué)生所急，難學(xué)生所難。月考、期中考試、文理分科、日常學(xué)習(xí)和生活中為學(xué)生排憂解難。
三、為人師表，以身作則。
“身教重于言教”, 無論是著裝、言行、教學(xué)能力、個(gè)人修養(yǎng)等方面都要以一名正式的'老師、班主任的身份要求自己。只有尊重自己、嚴(yán)格要求自己，才能從學(xué)生那里得到愛戴和尊重，在學(xué)生中樹立威信，得到學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和支持。
四、虛心求教，學(xué)習(xí)借鑒。
因?yàn)槭菍?shí)習(xí)生，年齡相仿，學(xué)生更愿意接近我們。然而很快與學(xué)生打成一片卻帶來很多問題，學(xué)生自習(xí)課上會(huì)扯著和老師聊天、打聽老師私事，容易起哄，大聲喧嘩致使班級(jí)紀(jì)律難以管理。后來只得求助于班主任，在班主任的指導(dǎo)和幫助下，情況好轉(zhuǎn)。實(shí)習(xí)生經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚淺，在班主任工作這一塊更是幾乎空白。除了找原班主任請(qǐng)教外，我也會(huì)尋求班干部幫助。后來處理聲音視頻，需要用一些軟件，也是向同學(xué)求教加自學(xué)。實(shí)習(xí)班主任要結(jié)合實(shí)際情況不斷完善自我，提高班級(jí)凝聚力和學(xué)習(xí)勁頭。
教學(xué)研究：這三個(gè)月中，我留心觀察了本班學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的情況，并通過問卷調(diào)查和與學(xué)生交流的方式收集到了一些數(shù)據(jù)和信息。我打算從學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)自主性方面來探討當(dāng)今中學(xué)教育中的一大難題
———英語教學(xué)。很多人往往從教師或教材的角度去分析影響學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的因素，但是卻忽略了另一個(gè)重要的學(xué)習(xí)中的主體——學(xué)生。高一（4)班是理科平行班，學(xué)生英語水平很差。對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)沒有興趣、沒有熱情。英語學(xué)習(xí)過于被動(dòng)，如何在英語教學(xué)中開發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自主性成了一個(gè)刻不容緩的問題。
以上就是自己對(duì)于這三個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)生活所做的總結(jié)。提高了自己英語教學(xué)能力的同時(shí)，與很多同學(xué)成為了好朋友。最大的體會(huì)是“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行”三個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)只是一個(gè)學(xué)校到社會(huì)的過渡期。真正的英語教學(xué)和班主任工作是需要在不斷的實(shí)踐中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，改進(jìn)方法，一步步慢慢探索。任重而道遠(yuǎn)，認(rèn)真實(shí)踐，虛心求教。
