My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.
我的家鄉(xiāng)是一個(gè)美麗的地方。它毗鄰一條寬闊的河流這里盛產(chǎn)魚和大米。
But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.
但古時(shí)代，這是一個(gè)貧窮落后的小城鎮(zhèn)，許多人沒有工作，他們過(guò)著艱苦的生活。
In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.

My hometown is a beautiful place, it is in the countryside, because it is far away from the city, so the environment is very natural. The water is very clean, I can even see the fish and the mountain has many green trees. But I like the morning best, because the air is very fresh and there are voices from nature. The frogs and other animals always are calling in the morning, I like listening to their voices, they sound like the songs for me. What’s more, the fog makes the country look like the wonderland, I will never know who will come to me until it is close to me, I like this mysterious feeling.
我的家鄉(xiāng)是個(gè)美麗的地方，它在鄉(xiāng)村，由于它遠(yuǎn)離城市，因此那里的環(huán)境很自然。水很清澈，我?guī)缀跄芸吹紧~，山上有很多綠油油的樹。但是我最喜歡早上的時(shí)候，因?yàn)榭諝夂芮逍�，還有很多來(lái)自大自然的聲音。青蛙和其它動(dòng)物總是在早上叫，我喜歡聽到他們的`聲音，聽起來(lái)像在為我歌唱。而且，霧氣讓整個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村看起來(lái)像仙境一樣，我永遠(yuǎn)都不知道誰(shuí)向我走來(lái)直到它走進(jìn)我，我喜歡這樣神秘的感覺。
