一、報(bào)名及測(cè)試時(shí)間
報(bào)名時(shí)間：2016年5月16日-2016年10月30日
測(cè)試時(shí)間：2016年12月4日
二、報(bào)名條件
報(bào)名參加測(cè)試的人員應(yīng)當(dāng)符合下列條件：
(1) 具有中華人民共和國國籍，包括持有有效“港澳居民來往內(nèi)地通行證”的.港澳居民和“臺(tái)灣居民來往大陸通行證”的臺(tái)灣居民;
(2) 年滿18周歲，具有完全民事行為能力;
(3) 高中畢業(yè)或同等學(xué)歷及以上，包括應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。
三、測(cè)試形式
測(cè)試采用閉卷計(jì)算機(jī)化測(cè)試方式進(jìn)行，分為兩場(chǎng)，第一場(chǎng)60分鐘，第二場(chǎng)120分鐘。
考生參加測(cè)試時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下問題：
(1)考生必須持本人有效證件、準(zhǔn)考證按規(guī)定的時(shí)間(以準(zhǔn)考證所標(biāo)明的時(shí)間為準(zhǔn))進(jìn)入指定考場(chǎng)，并在指定座位上就座參加測(cè)試。
(2)身份證、準(zhǔn)考證必須同時(shí)使用才有效。
(3)測(cè)試注意事項(xiàng)詳見準(zhǔn)考證。
四、測(cè)試內(nèi)容
報(bào)關(guān)職業(yè)水平測(cè)試分為兩個(gè)科目：
(1)報(bào)關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，主要測(cè)試對(duì)外貿(mào)易及對(duì)外貿(mào)易管理、海關(guān)及海關(guān)管理、報(bào)關(guān)及報(bào)關(guān)管理等知識(shí)、總分100分，測(cè)試時(shí)長(zhǎng)60分鐘。
(2)報(bào)關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)技能，分為進(jìn)出境報(bào)關(guān)、保稅加工報(bào)備報(bào)核、進(jìn)出口商品歸類、報(bào)關(guān)單填制、進(jìn)出口稅費(fèi)核算五個(gè)模塊，總分200分，測(cè)試時(shí)長(zhǎng)120分鐘。
