2) Vegetables supply us with all kinds ofvitamins. 蔬菜為我們提供各種維生素。
provide意為“供給，提供”，強(qiáng)調(diào)通過(guò)儲(chǔ)存或準(zhǔn)備的方式為某事做準(zhǔn)備，以在需要時(shí)提供所需物品，常用于provide sb. (with sth.)或provide sth.(for sb.)縮構(gòu)。如：
1)We must provide enough money for old age.
我們必須準(zhǔn)備足夠的養(yǎng)老錢。
2)Our school provides us with all the books we need.
學(xué)校為我們提供所需要的所有書籍。
