　　v. (動詞)

　　1、stock用作形容詞的意思是“儲備的”，轉(zhuǎn)化為動詞意思是“供應(yīng)，貯存”。

　　2、stock可用作及物動詞，也可用作不及物動詞。用作及物動詞時接名詞或代詞作賓語。

　　3、stock后接副詞up表示“采辦貨物或用品”; 后接介詞with表示“配備”。

　　4、share作為集合名詞，在美式英語中的解釋為“股份”的意思，與英式英語中的share意思相近，但是不等同。兩個企業(yè)有兩stocks，表示每一“股”時應(yīng)該用share或者share of stock來表述，一個企業(yè)的全體shares是股份（stock）；
