翻譯資格考試介紹
全國(guó)翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試，是由國(guó)家人事部和中國(guó)外文局聯(lián)合舉辦的國(guó)家級(jí)職業(yè)資格考試。于8月份開始報(bào)名,10月份開考。此項(xiàng)考試是為適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要，更好地為我國(guó)對(duì)外和國(guó)際交流與合作服務(wù)設(shè)立的，意在建設(shè)高素質(zhì)的外語(yǔ)翻譯專業(yè)人員隊(duì)伍，培養(yǎng)高水平的翻譯專業(yè)人才，也是翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)社會(huì)化的集中體現(xiàn)。
全國(guó)翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試是在翻譯專業(yè)實(shí)行的面向社會(huì)的、國(guó)內(nèi)最具權(quán)威的翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)認(rèn)證。考試合格，頒發(fā)《中華人民共和國(guó)翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)證書》，在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)有效。翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試納入國(guó)家職業(yè)資格證書制度，統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃。翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)證書將取代傳統(tǒng)的翻譯專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)評(píng)審。
翻譯考試內(nèi)容
考試分筆譯和口譯兩種，與國(guó)際慣例接軌。目前先進(jìn)行三級(jí)和二級(jí)的考試，因?yàn)檫@一水平的人才社會(huì)需求量大，人員也最多�？荚嚨牡谝徊糠质腔A(chǔ)知識(shí)，包括基本詞匯量、語(yǔ)法、兩種語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)換的知識(shí);第二部分考翻譯能力，筆譯和口譯各有側(cè)重。
各級(jí)別口譯考試均設(shè)《口譯綜合能力》和《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》2個(gè)科目，其中二級(jí)口譯考試《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目分設(shè)"交替?zhèn)髯g"和"同聲傳譯"2個(gè)專業(yè)類別。報(bào)名參加二級(jí)口譯考試的人員，可根據(jù)本人情況，選擇《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目相應(yīng)類別的考試。各級(jí)別筆譯考試均設(shè)《筆譯綜合能力》和《筆譯實(shí)務(wù)》2個(gè)科目。各級(jí)別《口譯綜合能力》科目考試采用聽譯筆答方式進(jìn)行;二級(jí)《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目"交替?zhèn)髯g"和"同聲傳譯"以及三級(jí)《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目的考試均采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)錄音方式進(jìn)行。
各級(jí)別《筆譯綜合能力》和《筆譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目考試均采用紙筆作答方式進(jìn)行。各級(jí)別口譯、筆譯考試均分2個(gè)半天進(jìn)行。各級(jí)別《口譯綜合能力》科目、二級(jí)《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目"交替?zhèn)髯g"和"同聲傳譯"考試時(shí)間均為60分鐘。三級(jí)《口譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目考試時(shí)間為30分鐘。各級(jí)別《筆譯綜合能力》科目考試時(shí)間均為120分鐘，《筆譯實(shí)務(wù)》科目考試時(shí)間均為180分鐘。
全國(guó)翻譯專業(yè)資格考試的負(fù)責(zé)組織
根據(jù)國(guó)家人事部《翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試暫行規(guī)定》人發(fā)[2003]21號(hào)的精神，翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試在國(guó)家人事部指導(dǎo)下,由中國(guó)外文出版發(fā)行事業(yè)局(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中國(guó)外文局”)組織實(shí)施與管理。中國(guó)外文局組織成立全國(guó)翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試專家委員會(huì)。
中國(guó)外文局翻譯專業(yè)資格考評(píng)中心負(fù)責(zé)翻譯考試的日常管理工作，考試命題、考試閱卷、考試評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定工作，并承擔(dān)全國(guó)資深翻譯(正高職)和一級(jí)翻譯(副高職)考核、考試和評(píng)審工作。
全國(guó)翻譯專業(yè)資格考試考務(wù)工作，分別由國(guó)家人事部考試中心和國(guó)家外國(guó)專家局具體承擔(dān)。即：國(guó)家人事部考試中心負(fù)責(zé)翻譯筆譯考試考務(wù)工作，國(guó)家外國(guó)專家局負(fù)責(zé)翻譯口譯考試考務(wù)工作。
全國(guó)日語(yǔ)翻譯資格考試的實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)
首先，通過(guò)目前國(guó)內(nèi)統(tǒng)一的、最具權(quán)威的翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試，可以對(duì)社會(huì)上從事翻譯工作的人員的翻譯能力和水平作出比較科學(xué)、客觀、公正的評(píng)價(jià)。
其次，翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試，是在充分考慮到與翻譯系列專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)相銜接基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)全國(guó)翻譯系列職稱評(píng)審進(jìn)行的一項(xiàng)積極的、富有改革意義的重大舉措。考試在全國(guó)范圍實(shí)行后，不再進(jìn)行相應(yīng)翻譯職務(wù)任職資格的評(píng)審工作，各地區(qū)、各部門為評(píng)定相應(yīng)翻譯專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)任職資格而進(jìn)行的考試也一律停止。通過(guò)翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試，取得翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)證書的人員，用人單位可根據(jù)需要，按照《翻譯專業(yè)職務(wù)試行條例》任職條件要求聘任相應(yīng)的專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)。此外，通過(guò)考試，可以達(dá)到規(guī)范和促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)翻譯市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的作用。
