篇一：書信(Letter)
書信的格式是：信頭(發(fā)信人的地址和日期)，位于信紙的右上角;信內(nèi)地址(收信人的地址，私人信件可省去)，位于信頭下兩行左邊;稱呼，位于信內(nèi)地址下;正文，位于稱呼下，縮進(jìn)兩個(gè)字符;署名，位于正文下兩行右邊;簽名，位于結(jié)尾下。如：

篇二：通知(通告)(Notice)
通知(通告)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體。形式有：在通知(通告)上方居中寫上Notice字樣作為標(biāo)題;無(wú)稱呼語(yǔ)，通知中用第三人稱;出通知單位或負(fù)責(zé)人名字應(yīng)寫在正文最后的右下方，或放在標(biāo)題之上，作為標(biāo)題的一部分，這樣最后不再署名;出通知的日期寫在正文右下方，應(yīng)在單位名的下一行。如：

篇四：留言條(Message left)
一般用于熟人之間在某一場(chǎng)合直接留言。留言時(shí)往往簡(jiǎn)明扼要，格式也較簡(jiǎn)單。日期可寫年、月、日，也可寫星期幾、上下午，或幾點(diǎn)鐘。名字一般只用姓或名，如雙方不熟悉，也可用全名。語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)是用詞隨便通俗，比較接近口語(yǔ)。如：
