教材分析
本課是新標準英語三年級起點第四冊第五模塊的第一單元，本單元真實地通過同學之間的比較，讓同學很好地理解比較級的句型用法。要求學生掌握than，old，young，strong 等詞，并能運用HeShe is +比較級+than……句型進行教學活動。通過使用圖片、多媒體課件及創(chuàng)設(shè)真實情景的方法，有效地操練句型。
學情分析
學生能用簡單的.英語互致問候，交換有關(guān)個人、家人和朋友的簡單信息，有一定的英語語言運用能力，在課堂上采用情景式教學，引發(fā)學生的興趣以達到教學目標。
教學目標
一、情感態(tài)度與價值觀
1.運用圖片和實物,通過視聽法和交際法等教學方法，創(chuàng)設(shè)情景對話，引導學生在感知、體驗和參與中學習英語,激發(fā)興趣。
2.培養(yǎng)學生關(guān)愛弱勢同學，同學之間互助友愛的精神。

1.學習新單詞old、young、strong、than
2.初步認識形容詞比較級taller、shorter、older、younger、stronger.

1.學會運用形容詞比較級的句型：…-erthan

二、課文教學
（1）練習1
a、 t播放磁帶，學生聽并思考以下問題。
1） how many people are there in this dialogue?
2） what is sam doing?
3） are there enough pencils?
b、聽第二遍后學生小組討論上述問題，并派選手參加每個問題的搶答。在搶答的同時，t把一些單詞寫在黑板上，領(lǐng)讀學生掌握不好的.詞。t給獲勝的小組加分。
示例：enough give every everyone them careful
c、放錄音，跟讀。
a）倆人一組完成ab練習2
b） 活動3
三、教學活動
1）學生獨自完成此活動，后倆人一組練習描述圖。
2） t準備一些圖片或?qū)嵨�，學生練習描述。
例：一大瓶水，倆個小杯子。

許多頁紙，倆個小袋子。

3）必答，每組派3人比賽，對一句加一分。
4）全班完成ab練習1
放一遍磁帶。然后對編號。第二步要求寫句子，難度比較大。六人一組，每人負一幅圖。最先完成每一幅的組，要以最快的速度把句子寫在黑板上，并得到加分。教師要多在教室里走動，以防有的組為了速度而由同一個學生完成。
