　　When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on. Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life. Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them. First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

　　How to Improve Memory?

　　Memory is important for everyone in all ages. How to improve it? It is a complex question. I have several suggestions. Firstly, have enough rest. Enough sleep can make sure brain works normally, because when people sleep, their brain and other organs also can rest. Enough rest can provide enough energy. Secondly, keep always thinking. Do not get used to the current situation. Keeping thinking when meets things can exercise brain. Thirdly, eat some healthy food that is good for memory, such as, radish, cabbage and spinach. I think these are helpful to improve memory。

　　記憶力對于每個(gè)年齡段的人都是很重要的。如何提高記憶力呢?這是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的問題。我有幾個(gè)建議。首先，充足的休息。充足的睡眠可以保證大腦正常運(yùn)作，因?yàn)槿嗽谒�覺的時(shí)候，他們的大腦和其他器官也得到了休息。足夠的休息可以為它們提供充足的能量。其次，保持思考。不要安于現(xiàn)狀。遇到的事情時(shí)要堅(jiān)持思考可以鍛煉大腦。第三，吃一些健康的、對記憶力有好處的食物，例如，蘿卜，白菜，菠菜。我覺得這些都是有助于提高記憶力的。

　　Plan for English Learning

　　I’m a middle school student. I love English, but it’s hard for me. Now I have a good plan to learn English。

　　I have a pronunciation problem. I can’t pronounce so well. So I plan to listen to the tape and read after it. I can’t read English passages quickly and can’t write a passage clearly. Now I plan to read more and practice writing often. As for listening, sometimes I can’t understand what others are saying. So I plan to improve myself by listening to the radio and TV. Grammar is the most difficult for me. I have no idea of it, but I think my English teacher can help me with it。

　　With this English-learning plan, I’m hoping for great progress。

　　我的發(fā)音有點(diǎn)問題。我發(fā)音不好。所以我打算聽磁帶并跟讀。我不能快速地閱讀英語文章，也不能清清楚楚地寫文章�，F(xiàn)在我計(jì)劃看多些書，經(jīng)常練習(xí)寫作。至于聽力，有時(shí)候我無法理解其他人在說什么。所以我打算通過聽收音機(jī)和電視來提高我自己。對我來說語法是最難的。我都不知道怎么辦，不過我覺得我的英語老師能夠幫助我。

　　有了這個(gè)英語學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，我希望能取得很大的進(jìn)步。

　　第四篇：

　　Once I saw the TV show, it was about the fathers and their kids having the match, they were separated by five groups and compete for the match. At first, they were competing happily, but as the game came to the end, the last group was so worried. The father inspired his kid to stick on and finish the match, while the kid was crying because he knew he must be the last. After the match, the father told his kid that winning was not the most important thing for the match, the first thing was to enjoy the game and finish it, the result was not that important. I agree with the father, the child must be endowed with the consciousness that to enjoy the game is more important than to win. Every match can only have one win, but we can enjoy every match。

　　曾經(jīng)我看到一個(gè)電視節(jié)目，那是關(guān)于爸爸和孩子在比賽，他們分成五個(gè)組，在進(jìn)行比賽。一開始，他們比得很開心，但是隨著比賽來到結(jié)尾，最后的那組顯得很著急。爸爸鼓勵(lì)他的孩子堅(jiān)持完成比賽，然而孩子卻在哭泣，因?yàn)樗�知道他肯定是最后一名。比賽過后，爸爸告訴孩子，對于比賽來說，贏不是最重要的，最重要的是享受比賽，并且完成它，結(jié)果也不是那么的重要。我同意那位爸爸的話，孩子必須要有這樣的意識，享受比賽比贏得比賽更為重要。每個(gè)比賽只有一個(gè)贏家，但是我們可以享受每場比賽。

　　As the development of computer, people count on computer so much, now most businesses are done online, trading online saves people a lot of time and it is very convenient. As more and more people choose to shop online, there comes the relative services, the most important one is express deliver. Many years ago, express deliver is not that popular, now it becomes the main tool for people to receive online products. Express deliver is very fast, the companies make the promise that the customers can get their products in three days. Many years ago, people can get their things in a week, now express deliver shorten the time. What’s more, the express deliver can deliver the products to the customers’ homes, people don’t have to go out, how convenient it is. I like to use express deliver, it facilitates my life and saves me a lot of time。

　　隨著電腦的發(fā)展，人們很依賴電腦，現(xiàn)在大部分的生意都在網(wǎng)上成交，網(wǎng)上交易節(jié)省了人們很多時(shí)間，也很方便。隨著越來越多的人選擇網(wǎng)上購物，相應(yīng)的服務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，其中最重要的就是快遞。很多年以前，快遞并不是那么的受歡迎，現(xiàn)在它成為了人們接收網(wǎng)上產(chǎn)品的主要交通工具。快遞很快速，公司承諾顧客可以在三天內(nèi)收到他們的產(chǎn)品。很多年以前，人們能在一周內(nèi)收到他們的產(chǎn)品，現(xiàn)在快遞縮短了時(shí)間。而且，快遞能把產(chǎn)品送到客人的家里，人們不用走出去，這是多么方便啊。我喜歡使用快遞，它方便了我的生活，節(jié)省了時(shí)間。
