To lead a quality life, a person should attach more emphasis to job satisfaction than the salary of the job brings.
At the same time, focusing too much on the salary will jeopardize危害 a person's career prospects. Taking a high salary as a career goal can restrain抑制 one's initiative主動(dòng), suffocate使窒息 one's creativity and hamper妨礙 one's future development, because all that is involved is earning a living. Therefore, from the above analysis we can conclude that although a high salary is a very important feature of an appealing job,job satisfaction is of far more significance for an employee.
