　　Take it [things] easy的口語用法

　　1. 用來提醒對方注意或小心，意為：注意；小心點！ 如：

　　Take it easy； the road is icy. 小心點，路上有冰。

　　Take it easy，said Jim to the other boys carrying the table down the stairs. 吉姆對抬桌子下樓的其 他男孩們說小心點。

　　2. 用來規(guī)勸對方要有耐心、不要操之過急，意為：別急；慢慢來。如：

　　Take it easy； weve got plenty of time. 別急，我們有的是時間。

　　Take it easy on John and dont scold him too much. 對約翰不要操之過急，別過分責罵他。

　　3. 用來勸告對方保持平靜，不要慌張，意為：別慌；別緊張。如：

　　4. 表示輕松舒服地過日子，不太勞累或太辛苦，意為：輕松輕松；休息休息；別太勞累；過悠閑舒服的生活。如：

　　Your blood pressure is still not normal. Youll have to take things easy for a while. 你的血壓還不正常，一段時間內(nèi)不能太勞累。

　　I have an afternoon off today. I think I shall sit in the garden and take it easy. 我今天下午歇班，想到花園里坐坐，休息休息。
