1.商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)要寫(xiě)得具有個(gè)性化,這樣才能對(duì)潛在客戶(hù)有利。
2.根據(jù)所涉及業(yè)務(wù)的具體情況,使用恰當(dāng)?shù)脑~匯并把握文書(shū)的正式程度。
3.應(yīng)盡量使用具有性別和文化敏感性的語(yǔ)言。
4.內(nèi)容應(yīng)盡量具體,但表達(dá)不宜冗長(zhǎng)。同時(shí)應(yīng)避免使用難懂的術(shù)語(yǔ)。
5.注意稱(chēng)謂,正確使用姓名和頭銜。
