關(guān)于評(píng)選吉林大學(xué)2017屆優(yōu)秀國際畢業(yè)研究生的通知
按照學(xué)校工作部署，吉林大學(xué)2017屆優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)研究生評(píng)選工作現(xiàn)已開始。我院參考《吉林大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生評(píng)選辦法》和《吉林大學(xué)研究生榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)授予及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法》(校研院字[2005]8號(hào))的規(guī)定，并結(jié)合國際學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況，現(xiàn)擬定具體要求如下。下面，小編為大家提供關(guān)于評(píng)選吉林大學(xué)2017屆優(yōu)秀國際畢業(yè)研究生的通知，全文如下：

一、評(píng)選對(duì)象
在我校接受學(xué)歷教育、將于2017年上半年通過學(xué)位論文答辯，并同時(shí)獲得畢業(yè)證書和學(xué)位證書的應(yīng)屆國際畢業(yè)研究生。
二、評(píng)選原則
堅(jiān)持公平、公正、公開的原則和全面考核的原則，保證質(zhì)量，寧缺勿濫。
三、評(píng)選條件
1、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間按時(shí)繳納學(xué)費(fèi);
2、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間課堂出勤記錄良好;
3、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間無簽證超期現(xiàn)象;
4、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間，博士研究生有一篇以上學(xué)術(shù)論文在國際刊物公開發(fā)表，并注明作者所屬單位為吉林大學(xué)，按照發(fā)表論文數(shù)量和刊物級(jí)別進(jìn)行排序;
5、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間，碩士研究生課程考試成績優(yōu)良，有較強(qiáng)的科研和創(chuàng)新能力，在國際刊物公開發(fā)表論文或參加國際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議者優(yōu)先;
6、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間，不得有違反中國法律和學(xué)校相關(guān)管理規(guī)定等行為;
7、當(dāng)前學(xué)歷期間，須積極參加學(xué)校或?qū)W院組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。
四、評(píng)選辦法
全體2017屆國際畢業(yè)研究生結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況，符合上述評(píng)選條件者自行申報(bào)，須在3月31日前向國際教育學(xué)院提交下列材料：
1、《2017屆吉林大學(xué)優(yōu)秀國際畢業(yè)研究生申報(bào)審批表》;
2、由所在學(xué)院出具的在校期間學(xué)習(xí)成績單;
3、已在學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文的相關(guān)資料。
五、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法
優(yōu)秀國際畢業(yè)研究生由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一發(fā)放榮譽(yù)證書。

Notice on Selection of 2017 Excellent International
Graduates in Jilin University
To all 2017 international graduates,
In accordance with the requirements of the university work, the selection work of Jilin University 2017 excellent international graduates has begun. Reference to the provisions of the university, combined with the actual situation of international students, requirements are as follows:
�、� Object Selection
Graduates who will complete the thesis defense and get diploma and degree certificate in the first half of 2017.
�、� The Principle of Selection
The principle of comprehensive assessment,fair, just and open.
�、� Requirements for Apply
1.No tuition fee defaulted;
2.High rate in attendance;
3.No vise expired;
4. During the academic period, doctoral students have more than one academic papers published on international publications, and indicate the author belongs to Jilin University, according to the number of published papers and level of publication;
5.During the academic period, master’s student with strong scientific research ability and innovation, getting outstanding marks in examinations. International publications published papers or participate in international academic conference is also preferred;
6. During the academic period, there must be no violation of Chinese laws and school-related regulations and other acts;
7. During the academic period, must actively participate in school or college organized activities.
�、� Selection Method
According to the selection conditions with actual situation,the graduates who meet the criteria to fill in Application Form for 2017 Excellent International Graduates in Jilin University and finish college approval,with transcripts and the copy of the published paper submit to College of International Education before 16:00, March 31, 2017.
