the one 代指前文提到一件事或某一事物,單數(shù)的,有特指
the ones 代指前文提到的復(fù)數(shù)的食物,也是特指的
只能用that作為定語從句的關(guān)系代詞的情況
a） 在there be 句型中,只用that,不用which.
b） 在不定代詞,如：anything,nothing,the one,all,much,few,any,little等作先行詞時,只用that,不用which.
c） 先行詞有the only,the very修飾時,只用that.
d） 先行詞為序數(shù)詞、數(shù)詞、形容詞最高級時,只用that..
e） 先行詞既有人,又有物時.

一般情況下that可指人或物,可以代替who,whom和which,在從句中作主語或謂語動詞的賓語,但不能作介詞的賓語.

which指物,在從句中作主語或謂語動詞的賓語.如：

舉個定從的例子
1.Is this the factory _ you visited the other day?

2.Is this factory _ some foreign friends visited last Friday?

當(dāng)你束手無策時,別管其他,現(xiàn)把它變成陳述句
1.this is the factory 可以看出句子已經(jīng)完整
然后我們看從句 visited 后面缺賓語吧,然后就可以填that/which
2.主句this factory is缺賓語,從句visited后面也缺賓語吧
這個句子缺兩個賓語哦!不能填一個which就打發(fā)了它
主句的賓語是some foreign friend visited .
用that 來代替
那么從句的賓語只能用the one
加起來就是that the one
which 也可以代表多項(xiàng)的
