圖書綜合管理系統(tǒng)英語作文

　　本論文就以“圖書綜合管理系統(tǒng)”的開發(fā)為背景，論述了開發(fā)該系統(tǒng)的意義，系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的原理和方法等。全文從系統(tǒng)分析、需求分析、概要設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計到系統(tǒng)實施、系統(tǒng)運行、系統(tǒng)維護等幾個方面詳細闡述了圖書綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程.在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中運用Visual Basic 6.0編程, 實現(xiàn)過程主要運用了ActiveX控件、ADO應(yīng)用技術(shù)；以及由微軟開發(fā)的適合中小型應(yīng)用的1款關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫產(chǎn)品Access等。

　　本系統(tǒng)具有界面美觀大方、軟件易使用、運行穩(wěn)定、占用內(nèi)存少等特點，實現(xiàn)了原定的基本功能，已達到了圖書綜合管理的基本要求，此外系統(tǒng)在功能上還有很大的擴展性，各個企業(yè)可以根據(jù)自身需求，進1步開發(fā)完善。

　　The books synthetical management information system

　　Abstract

　　Since the intensely competition, the more and more many people attach importance to the accumulation of knowledge and the cultivating of ability. So that people must possess rich book resource, the rapid channel for supplying books and the platform for communicating with each other. The Hunan university of science and technology centre bookshop grasps this chance tightly, and takes the lead in combining the book marketing and the book being borrowed, which not only has promoted the book marketing, but also has satisfied a few people having no way to buy more books. The inputting and using of the system has improved greatly the enterprise management level and has economized large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources.

　　The thesis taking the books synthetical management information system’s development as background，has discussed the significance of the system’s developing and the principle and method for system’s realization etc. It from the system’s analysis, the demand’s analysis, the outline design, the detailed design, the system’s implementation, the system’s movement, the system’s maintenance and so on several aspects elaborated in detail the books synthetical management information system’s performance history. Visual Basic 6.0 is wielded for programming in the process of the system’s development , the system’s realization wielded mainly ActiveX control and ADO applied technique; As well as the relation data base access which is used by middle and small enterprise.

　　The system interface is pleasing to the eye and the software has stable operation, is easy to be put into use and takes up less memory. It has realized the original basic function, which has reached the books synthetical management’s basic requirements. In addition the system still has very big augmentability besides on the function, so enterprise can develop further and perfectly according to oneself need.
