社會中性話題
社會中性話題的作文主題，主要論述的就是社會上的一件事、一個現(xiàn)象，這個事件和現(xiàn)象命運明顯的感情和態(tài)度色彩，只是一件事而已。通常來說，圖表作文表述的都為社會中性話題。我們以20xx年12月的兩道四級作文真題為例：

For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay entitled Education Pays based on the statistics provided in the chart below . Please give a brief description of the chart first and then make comment on it. You should write as least 120 words but no more than 180 words.
從所給的圖表可以看出，博士學位、碩士、本科等學歷程度依次下降，收入也依次下滑 -- 學歷越高，收入越高，這就是作文的主題。學歷和收入的關系，不是好事，更不是壞事，而只是一個普通的現(xiàn)象和事件罷了，很明顯，這個題目是社會中性話題的。
