本文歸納了推動(dòng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)向前發(fā)展的的十項(xiàng) 基本原則,并對(duì)各項(xiàng)原則進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的說明.這十 項(xiàng)原則包括物質(zhì)matter,空間space,時(shí)間time, 人員people,增長(zhǎng)growth,價(jià)值value,效率 efficency,市場(chǎng)market,交易transaction和刺 激impulse. 同時(shí)介紹了中國(guó)加入WTo談判的一 些基本知識(shí)，簡(jiǎn)明闡述了21世紀(jì)的管理者應(yīng)具 備的素質(zhì)。 學(xué)完本課后，應(yīng)該對(duì)未來的經(jīng)濟(jì) 規(guī)則和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)有一個(gè)大致的了解并能 夠用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的討論和交流。
