Personally, I think a concert provided by professional musicians is definitelygoing to be my choice. First off, when watching a live concert, you get tointeract with the singer, and you are actually participating. It can improve mymood and raise my spirit. It also involves lots of standing, jumping, dancing,and it helps to burn my calories. Additionally, going to the concert can be agreat way to release my destructive emotions, like anger, sorrow and even rage.I can forget about my busy life and study and get a chance to switch off andunwind.
