1、集中注意力，全神貫注地完整地聽(tīng)1遍錄音，以判斷難易程度決定先看還是先聽(tīng)。如果完全能聽(tīng)懂，也能理解文章內(nèi)容，可另外換一個(gè)難度大點(diǎn)的素材;如果大概能聽(tīng)懂，但存在多處細(xì)節(jié)不明白，那這篇文章非常適合練習(xí)聽(tīng)力，可先聽(tīng)后看;如果聽(tīng)完一遍只能聽(tīng)懂幾個(gè)句子或單詞，不能掌握文章大意，說(shuō)明較難，可先直接細(xì)讀以基本理解原文，把不懂的詞匯通過(guò)查詢弄懂，閱讀完后繼續(xù)完成以下的步驟。
2、第二次完整的播放錄音，開(kāi)始摘要式聽(tīng)寫，只需寫出文章大意。用筆將聽(tīng)到的關(guān)鍵詞句寫在稿紙上，聽(tīng)不懂得可先打個(gè)問(wèn)號(hào)代替下。為了提高書寫速度，對(duì)于類似United States可采用簡(jiǎn)寫形式，不熟悉的人名、地名也可簡(jiǎn)寫。不允許暫停播放，要播到哪、聽(tīng)到哪、寫到哪。
3、接著就是完全式的聽(tīng)寫，多聽(tīng)?zhēng)妆�，可播一句�?tīng)一句，暫停播放寫一句，以爭(zhēng)取寫出與原文一摸一樣的聽(tīng)寫稿。對(duì)于英語(yǔ)初學(xué)者，建議能經(jīng)常進(jìn)行完全式聽(tīng)寫，有助于辨清單詞發(fā)音，糾正習(xí)慣性單詞拼寫錯(cuò)誤，并增加聽(tīng)力詞匯。
4、完成聽(tīng)寫后，隔天我們可將這個(gè)聽(tīng)力素材再拿出來(lái)聽(tīng)1-2遍，不用執(zhí)筆寫下來(lái)，只需在腦海里把聽(tīng)到的語(yǔ)句拼出來(lái)，確保聽(tīng)清每一個(gè)詞句。然后再隔段時(shí)間再重復(fù)聽(tīng)，這樣反復(fù)聽(tīng)的目的在于強(qiáng)化，讓你行程聽(tīng)力條件反射，就是讓你擁有一聽(tīng)到某些詞句就能立即條件反射式地在腦袋里寫出你所聽(tīng)到的語(yǔ)句。
