　　Nowadays there are a lot of false advertisements in society. They have caused many harms to society. Generally, their harms can be listed as follows.

　　現(xiàn)在，社會上有很多虛假廣告。他們給社會造成了許多危害。總的來說，他們的危害正如以下所列出的。

　　First, they exaggerate the functions of the goods they advertise and mislead consumers. Second , some advertisements contain obscene contents and bring about spiritual pollution. Third, they seriously damage the credit of businesses because the shops which sell those goods will be distrusted and even considered the conspirators of those advertisers by consumers.

　　首先,他們利用夸大了商品的功能，誤導(dǎo)消費者。第二,一些廣告包含淫穢內(nèi)容給人們帶來精神污染。第三,他們嚴重損害了企業(yè)的信譽，因為通過消費者商店出售的這些貨物將不被信任，甚至被認為是那些廣告商的同謀者。

　　Personally, I am usually vigilant against any advertisements and so I have never been taken in. However, some people are credulous and are easily taken in. Therefore, in my opinion, effective measures must be taken to ban false advertisements and protect consumers' interests. First, all the advertisements must be strictly censored by the authorities concerned before they are published. Besides, severe punishment must be inflicted on those who publish illegal advertisements.

　　就我個人而言,我通常對所有廣告保持警惕，所以我從沒被欺騙。然而,有些人是輕信的，很容易被欺騙。因此，在我看來，必須采取有效措施來禁止虛假廣告和保護消費者的利益。首先，所有的廣告在發(fā)布前必須經(jīng)過有關(guān)機關(guān)嚴格審查。此外，那些發(fā)布違法廣告的必須遭受嚴厲的懲罰。

　　How can sense of social responsibilty be strengthened? To start with, children should be taught about good moral outlook, so that when they grow up, they become law-abiding and responsible citizens. Furthermore, the humanistic education is vital, especially for university students because they are the future pillars of our country. Last but no least, it is necessary to encourage people to care for others, help others through all kinds of propaganda.

　My View on Fake Commodities

　　Nowadays fake commodities have flooded almost every inch of the market. Wherever you are, whatever you do, it seems that you can hardly have fallen prey to them. In other words, it is highly probable that you have bought some of those fake goods or products of inferior quality。

　　Needless to say, fake commodities have already done great harm to our society. On the one hand, they will ruin the good reputation of genuine products and disturb the balance of the market. On the other hand, the prevalence of such products has hindered interpersonal relationship and resulted in the decline of public morality. As a consequence, they have wasted exhaustible resources, endangered people’s precious life and health, and in the long run eroded public trust。

　　Then, what should be done to do away with fake commodities? To start with, the government needs to tighten its inspection program and strengthen its enforcement policies. Secondly, honest businessmen should modify some long-accepted practices at the protection of their intellectual property right. Most important of all, we consumers will have to do a better job of learning how to distinguish between the genuine and the phoney and definitely say no to the fake ones. In one word, the coordinated effort of the whole society will put an end to fake commodities.
