　　9 分 Expert User.Has fully operational command of the language：appropriate，accurate and fluent with complete understanding. 成績(jī)極佳，能將英語(yǔ)運(yùn)用自如，精確、流利并能完全理解。

　　8 分 Very good User. Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriateness.Misunderstandings may occur unfamiliar situations.Handles complex detailed argumentation well. 非常良好，能將英語(yǔ)運(yùn)用自如，只是偶爾不連貫或用詞不當(dāng)，在不熟悉的狀況下可能出現(xiàn)誤解，對(duì)爭(zhēng)論復(fù)雜細(xì)節(jié)掌握得相當(dāng)好。

　　7 分 Good User.Has operational command of the language，though with occasional inaccuracies，inappropriateness and misunderstandings in somesituations.Generally handles complex language well and understands detailed reasoning. 良好，有能力運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)，雖然在某些情況下有時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生不準(zhǔn)確、不適當(dāng)和誤解，大致掌握復(fù)雜的英語(yǔ)，也理解其全部?jī)?nèi)容。

　　6 分 Competent User.Has generally effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies，inappropriateness and misunderstandings。 Can use and understand fairly complex language，particularly in familiar situations. 　　2 分 Intermittent User.No real communication is possible except for the most basic information using isolated words or short formulae in familiar situalions and to meet immediate needs.Has great difficulty understanding spoken and written English. 只臺(tái)目禺爾使用英語(yǔ)，除非在熟悉的情況下能使用單詞和簡(jiǎn)短的短句表達(dá)最基本的信息，在說(shuō)寫(xiě)方面有重大的障礙。

　　1分 Non User. Essentially has no ability to use the language beyond possibly a few isolated words.不能通過(guò)，可能只能說(shuō)幾個(gè)單詞，無(wú)法溝通。
