那天，我放學到大家，看到得了頸椎病的媽媽正在睡覺�？纯寸娨呀�(jīng)5點了，我的肚子餓的咕咕叫，可又不忍心叫醒媽媽。心想：我已經(jīng)七歲了，爸爸不在家，我就應該照顧媽媽。我來做頓飯，讓媽媽和我一起吃，那該多好��！可打開冰箱一看，里面沒米也沒菜，只有一包餃子，怎么辦呢？就煮餃子吧！
我拿出那包北方餃子，跑到廚房里。迫不及待地餃子放到鍋里，再把鍋端到水龍頭下面，接滿一鍋水，又小心翼翼地把鍋端到煤氣灶上，打開閥門點燃火，就安心地做作業(yè)去了。過了一會，我又跑到廚房里，揭開鍋蓋，只看見鍋里的餃子全躺在水下，和剛倒進鍋里的餃子沒什么兩樣，只是水變渾了。肯定沒熟，蓋上鍋蓋繼續(xù)煮吧。做完數(shù)學作業(yè)，再次跑到廚房里，這回該熟了吧？揭開鍋蓋一看，嚇了我一跳——鍋里的餃子全都破了，水也干了。唉，這哪是餃子啊，完全是一鍋羹。媽媽看到了肯定會罵我的？這是怎么回事？我是哪兒做錯了？
這時媽媽從床上下來了，她問我：“怎么了？”我低著頭很不好意思地把剛才的事說了一遍，等待著媽媽的責罵……“你這小笨蛋，”媽媽摸著我的頭說，“煮餃子應該先把水燒開，再下餃子；等煮開后，就點一點兒涼水，蓋上鍋蓋，再次煮開。得點三次涼水，最后一次燒開后，餃子就會浮在水面上，這時的餃子就可以撈起來吃了�！蔽铱粗鴭寢屻俱捕执认榈�.臉，眼淚再也忍不住了……
我按照媽媽的話把剩下的餃子煮了，餃子終于煮熟了，一個個晶瑩剔透，象一只只白色的小帆船漂浮在水面上……我連忙把餃子盛在碗里，端給了媽媽。媽媽說：“你真是個能干的小笨蛋！”
