中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生發(fā)言稿
親愛(ài)的老師、同學(xué)們:
大家下午好!我是2016級(jí)社會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)與衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理專業(yè)的王云,今天演講的題目是中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生。
我將從以下四個(gè)方面來(lái)介紹中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生:第一,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生的概念;第二,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生的方法;第三,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生貴在堅(jiān)持;最后,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生要有正確的觀念。
我們來(lái)看看中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生的概念,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生,就是以傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)理論為指導(dǎo),遵循陰陽(yáng)五行生化收藏之變化規(guī)律,對(duì)人體進(jìn)行科學(xué)調(diào)養(yǎng),保持生命健康活力。精神養(yǎng)生是指通過(guò)怡養(yǎng)心神,調(diào)攝情志、調(diào)劑生活等方法,從而達(dá)到保養(yǎng)身體減少疾并增進(jìn)健康、延年益壽的目的。
中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生的方法有很多,在這里我提幾種常見(jiàn)方法。首先是飲食養(yǎng)生。合理飲食可以調(diào)養(yǎng)精氣,糾正臟腑陰陽(yáng)之偏,防治疾病,延年益壽。中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生理論認(rèn)為,飲食要以“五谷為養(yǎng),五果為助,無(wú)蓄為益,五菜為充”,還要重視五味調(diào)和,否則,會(huì)因營(yíng)養(yǎng)失衡、體質(zhì)偏頗、五臟六腑功能失調(diào)而致。黄浯问莿(dòng)形養(yǎng)生。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為,“人欲勞于形,百病不能成”。因此,古人在醫(yī)療及生活實(shí)踐中摸索形成了諸如按摩、氣功、太極拳、八卦掌、五禽戲等動(dòng)形方式,以強(qiáng)身延年。當(dāng)然,人若勞累過(guò)度,則容易引起“勞傷”,也稱“五勞所傷”,即久視傷血、久臥傷氣、久坐傷肉、久立傷骨、久行傷筋。第三是靜神養(yǎng)生。靜神養(yǎng)生在傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生學(xué)中占有重要地位。古人認(rèn)為,神是生命活動(dòng)的主宰,保持神氣清靜,心理平衡,可以保養(yǎng)天真元?dú)猓刮迮K安和,有助于預(yù)防疾并增進(jìn)健康和延年益壽。反之,則會(huì)導(dǎo)致情志內(nèi)傷,如怒傷肝、喜傷心、思傷脾、憂傷肺、恐傷腎,以至誘發(fā)種種身心疾患;最后是調(diào)氣養(yǎng)生。人體元?dú)庥谢⑼苿?dòng)與固攝血液、溫養(yǎng)全身組織、抗拒病邪、增強(qiáng)臟腑機(jī)能的作用。營(yíng)養(yǎng)失衡、勞逸失當(dāng)、情志失調(diào)等諸多因素,可致元?dú)馓摗⑾、滯、逆,進(jìn)而使機(jī)體發(fā)生病理變化。中醫(yī)調(diào)氣養(yǎng)生法主張通過(guò)慎起居、順?biāo)臅r(shí)、戒過(guò)勞、防過(guò)逸、調(diào)飲食、和五味、調(diào)七情、省言語(yǔ)、習(xí)吐納等一系列措施來(lái)調(diào)養(yǎng)元?dú)、祛病延年?/p>
中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生貴在堅(jiān)持,只有持之以恒、堅(jiān)持不懈才能真正達(dá)到延年益壽效果。中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生的堅(jiān)持表現(xiàn)在終身養(yǎng)生、生活養(yǎng)生、執(zhí)著養(yǎng)生。中醫(yī)學(xué)家非常注重養(yǎng)生的持續(xù)性,認(rèn)為養(yǎng)生不是一個(gè)階段性的活動(dòng),它伴隨著人的一生,比如胎教,從嬰兒時(shí)期就注意保護(hù)孩子的健康發(fā)育,幼兒、童年、少年時(shí)期是人體生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,此時(shí)人體應(yīng)注意加強(qiáng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充、鍛煉身體,以更好地促進(jìn)人體的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。到了成年期,雖然人的精力較為充沛、體質(zhì)較好,但如果在此時(shí)期不注重養(yǎng)生,不僅會(huì)損害人體健康,還能加快中年人步入老年人行列的步伐。到了老年,不但老年人的相貌出現(xiàn)了衰老的特征,他們的各種生理功能也開(kāi)始退化,例如行走不便、呼吸功能衰退等,因此,老年人更需要養(yǎng)生,以盡享天年。這就是終身養(yǎng)生。養(yǎng)生貴在堅(jiān)持還表現(xiàn)在把養(yǎng)生方法寓于日常生活中,生活中處處皆養(yǎng)生,例如,保持良好的睡眠、早上吃早餐、保持愉悅的心情。執(zhí)著養(yǎng)生是指人們?cè)谶x擇養(yǎng)生方法時(shí)需要根據(jù)自己的狀況,選擇合適的養(yǎng)生方法,并且不要隨意更改。最后,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生要有正確的觀念。首先是整體觀念,明白人體是一個(gè)統(tǒng)一有機(jī)體,人體的形與功能、臟腑之間以及各種生理活動(dòng)都是統(tǒng)一的。人體的生命活動(dòng)如同一個(gè)鏈條,如果一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,其他環(huán)節(jié)就有可能受其影響,出現(xiàn)異常。其次是“養(yǎng)”不僅僅是“補(bǔ)”,養(yǎng)指的是對(duì)身體的調(diào)養(yǎng),養(yǎng)生的方法很多,例如調(diào)節(jié)飲食、調(diào)攝情志、運(yùn)動(dòng)、靜養(yǎng)都是養(yǎng)生的方法。第三是因人而異。最后是不過(guò)分養(yǎng)生。

大家下午好!今天在我市召開(kāi)中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生可行性報(bào)告會(huì),意義重大。在此,我謹(jǐn)代表市委、市政府對(duì)大會(huì)的召開(kāi)表示熱烈祝賀!對(duì)各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位嘉賓、各位朋友的到來(lái)表示熱烈歡迎!
中醫(yī)藥是我國(guó)各族人民在幾千年生產(chǎn)生活實(shí)踐和與疾病做斗爭(zhēng)中逐步形成并不斷豐富發(fā)展的醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué),為中華民族繁衍昌盛做出了重要貢獻(xiàn),對(duì)世界文明進(jìn)步產(chǎn)生了積極影響。早在2000年前《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中提出的“治未脖理念,一直是中醫(yī)藥重要思想,始終貫穿于中醫(yī)藥預(yù)防保健治療康復(fù)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。近年來(lái),隨著健康觀念和醫(yī)學(xué)模式的深刻變化以及醫(yī)學(xué)目的的重大調(diào)整,“治未脖這一古老而前沿的理念,顯現(xiàn)出獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)和魅力,建立在“培元固本”、“辨證論治”基礎(chǔ)上的養(yǎng)生理論、內(nèi)外兼修的養(yǎng)生功法、治外調(diào)內(nèi)的經(jīng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、調(diào)節(jié)臟腑的養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)品,對(duì)當(dāng)今重大疾病,尤其是老年病和慢性病方面,有著明確的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。當(dāng)一些所謂現(xiàn)代病文明病,如惡性腫瘤、高血壓、冠心并糖尿并相繼出現(xiàn)之時(shí),“未病先防、已病防變、愈后防復(fù)”的系統(tǒng)理論及靈活多樣的技術(shù)手段,體現(xiàn)出重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
積極發(fā)展中醫(yī)預(yù)防保健服務(wù)(“治未脖服務(wù)),是中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容,有利于促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥全面繼承與創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)一步彰顯中醫(yī)藥特色優(yōu)勢(shì),拓展對(duì)中醫(yī)藥的新需求,擴(kuò)大中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)的新領(lǐng)域;是促進(jìn)全民健康素質(zhì)提高的重要途徑,有利于最大程度實(shí)現(xiàn)人民
健康權(quán)益,保護(hù)和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力,為全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)奠定重要的生產(chǎn)力基礎(chǔ);是引領(lǐng)人類健康發(fā)展方向的重要舉措,有利于推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整后的醫(yī)學(xué)目的;是弘揚(yáng)中華民族健康文化的重要行動(dòng),有利于弘揚(yáng)中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化,促進(jìn)民族文化認(rèn)同,建設(shè)民族共有精神家園。
當(dāng)前,在解決醫(yī)藥負(fù)擔(dān)不斷增加,解決人民群眾看病貴、看病難的大環(huán)境下,中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生在社會(huì)上受到前所未有的重視,國(guó)家將加大對(duì)中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生保健的推廣和投入,讓更多群眾從中國(guó)養(yǎng)生保健治未病思想智慧中受益。借此機(jī)會(huì),我談二點(diǎn)意見(jiàn):
一、根據(jù)《國(guó)家中醫(yī)藥管理局關(guān)于積極發(fā)展中醫(yī)預(yù)防保健服務(wù)的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》,不斷創(chuàng)新,推廣“有特色、系統(tǒng)化、實(shí)用性”相結(jié)合的中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生保健服務(wù)方案,發(fā)揚(yáng)光大“治未脖思想,為眾多中老年、亞健康、老慢病人群提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生保健服務(wù)。
二、中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生既要有理論深度,又要有科普宣傳。在推廣健康工程的過(guò)程中,堅(jiān)持“科學(xué)客觀、實(shí)事求是、以人為本、服務(wù)社區(qū)”原則,讓廣大群眾學(xué)習(xí)到中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生思想真實(shí)內(nèi)涵,學(xué)習(xí)中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生完整體系,真正讓群眾受益。
最后,預(yù)祝本次大會(huì)取得圓滿成功!

Chinesemedicinekeepingingoodhealthinsiststhatonlyperseverance,perseveranceinordertoreallyachievelongevityeffect.InsistingonChinesemedicinekeepingingoodhealthperformancesinlifelonghealth,lifeandhealth,dedicatedtohealth.Chinesemedicinekeepingingoodhealthattachesgreatimportancetothesustainabilityofhealththathealthwasnotastagedevent,itisaccompaniedbytheperson'slife,suchasprenatalcare,frominfancytopayattentiontoprotectchildren'shealthanddevelopment,childcare,childhood,adolescenceisahumangrowthanddevelopmentthecriticalperiod,thistimethebodyshouldpayattentiontostrengtheningnutritionsupplements,exercise,inordertobetterpromotethebody'sgrowthanddevelopment.Toadulthood,thoughpeoplearemoreabundantenergy,goodphysique,butifyoudonotpayattentiontohealthinthisperiodwillnotonlydamagetohumanhealth,butalsotoacceleratethepaceofmiddle-agedpeopleintotheranksoftheelderly.Inoldage,theelderlyappearonlyappearanceof
