（一）Studying Abroad 出國留學(xué)
In recent years, studying abroad has been popular in our country. More and more middle school students would like to go abroad through mediators. Is it good or bad to study abroad? In my opinion, on one hand, it has some advantages. Studying abroad can provide better studying conditions. People can make rapid progress in their foreign language study and it can also help widen their field of vision. Meanwhile, young students can learn advanced science and technology from foreign countries and spread cultures of different nations.
On the other hand, it has disadvantages. For example, because of the lack of living experience and poor capability to take care of themselves, they may feel lonely and homesick. In addition, high living expenses and tuition fees will become a heavy burden upon their parents.
So I think whether studying abroad or not should be decided according to oneself and one’s family. It is not right to follow others.
近年來，出國留學(xué)在我國流行起來。越來越多的中學(xué)生想通過中介出國。出國留學(xué)是好是壞？在我看來，一方面，它具有一定的優(yōu)勢。出國留學(xué)可以提供更好的學(xué)習(xí)條件。人們可以在國外得到外語學(xué)習(xí)的快速發(fā)展，它也可以幫助拓寬他們的視野。同時，年輕的學(xué)生可以學(xué)習(xí)國外先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)和傳播各民族不同的文化。
另一方面，它也有缺點(diǎn)。例如，由于生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足和自理能力差，他們會感到孤獨(dú)和想家。此外，國外留學(xué)的生活費(fèi)用高，也給家長帶來了沉重的負(fù)擔(dān)。
所以我想是否出國學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該根據(jù)自己及家庭的情況決定。盲從他人是不好的。
�。ǘ﹪H支援的重要性 International Aid is Essential
With the acceleration of economic globalization, many countries have strengthened their international cooperationand liaison in the fields like industry, agriculture, trade and finance. Forthe sake of mutual development, many developed countries spare no efforts to help the poor countries by means of technological, medical and financial aid,which, to my mind, is quite essential to the development of the whole world community.
隨著國際經(jīng)濟(jì)的加速，許多國家都增強(qiáng)本國在工業(yè)，農(nóng)業(yè)，貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的國際合作和聯(lián)系。為了共同發(fā)展，許多發(fā)展國家不留余力地在科技，醫(yī)藥和金融方面幫助貧困國家，這在我看來，這對整個世界的交流發(fā)展極為重要。
Firstly, aids from developed countries optimize people’s living standard and eradicate poverty in the poor countries. Due to the backwardness of science and technology, a considerable number of people in some undeveloped countries such as Africa, Latin America and Asia suffer a great deal from poverty, hunger and the shortage of water. Out of humanism, international aids from developed countries have improved their living standard and helped them with the development of agriculture, industry and economy. A timely support certainly serves as a godsend to countries and people in urgent need.
第一，來自發(fā)展國家的援助能夠幫助貧困國家的人民改善生活水平，消除貧困。因?yàn)榭萍嫉穆浜�，像非洲，拉丁美洲和亞洲的許多人飽受貧困，饑餓和缺水的困擾。出于人文主義，來自發(fā)達(dá)國家的國際支援能夠幫助他們提高生活水平還能幫助他們發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)，工業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)。及時的救助對于有迫切需要的國家和人民是天賜之物。
Secondly, aids to the under-developed countries in turn benefit the donators.Due to the limitation of natural and human resources, the production cost soars sharply in the developed countries. With a view to reduce cost, many countries transferred their assembly lines and production bases to the developing countries because it could lower the production cost.
第二，援助欠發(fā)達(dá)的國家對幫助國也有好處。介于自然和人力資源的有限，發(fā)達(dá)國家的商品成本大幅飆升。為了節(jié)約成本，許多國家把他們的生產(chǎn)線和生產(chǎn)基地轉(zhuǎn)移到發(fā)展中國家，以為那樣能夠降低成本。
In a nutshell, international aids have satisfied mutual interests as a win-win solution. Therefore, the governments should take effective measures to better utilize international aids. International aid is necessary for mutual prosperity of the whole humanity.
極其簡括地說，國際支援是雙贏的。因此，政府應(yīng)當(dāng)采取有效的措施，更好地利用國際資源。國際支援對整個人類繁榮是必須的。
�。ㄈ㎝y View on Recreational Activities 我對娛樂活動的看法
Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people’s ideas are not cut from the same cloth. 如今，很多娛樂的活動都能夠幫助人們緩解工作或?qū)W習(xí)上的壓力。娛樂活動在社會上引起了一場激烈的辯論。說到娛樂活動，不同的人有不同的觀點(diǎn)。
Abundant recreational activities make people’s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. However, too much recreational activities will bring problems. For instance, many young students are addicted to online games, which will generate bad effects on their studies and might lead bad consequences.
豐富的娛樂活動讓人們的生活更加豐富多彩，人們也可以從娛樂中釋放壓力。同時，參加娛樂活動可以提高我們的能力。然而，過多的娛樂活動會帶來的問題。例如，許多年輕的學(xué)生都沉迷于網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲，這慢慢地會對他們的學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生不好的影響甚至可能導(dǎo)致不好的后果。
In my opinion, we should keep a balance between amusement and study or work. Of course, we should join some recreational activities after study, but we need arrange our time properly. Only in this way can recreational activities provide more benefits for us.
在我看來，我們應(yīng)該保持娛樂和學(xué)習(xí)或工作之間的平衡。當(dāng)然，我們應(yīng)該在學(xué)習(xí)之后參加一些娛樂活動，但是我們需要合理地安排我們的時間。只有這樣娛樂活動才能為我們帶來更多的好處。
（四）Help 幫助
Your enthusiasm,your both hands, can help others;Your sincerity,your smile,can move others;Your compliment,your blessing,can reciprocate others.This,are all what you should do.Because you are accepting others'help all the time,you should reciprocate them.No matter the friend or enemy, no matter the one that is familiar w-ith or strange one,whether he is a rich man or beggar.Help to be not to choose the target,choose time,choose the place.Go,make others warm with heart of you ,go,help others with hand of you,go,persuade someone else with your action.This is what you should do.You should learn to pay,learns help,learn to present.So long as everybody can do so both,this world will be a cradle that is full of loving,the earth is that one is full of warm collectives!
你的熱情,你的雙手,可以幫助別人,你的真誠,你的微笑,可以感動別人;你的恭維,你的祝福,可以回報他人。這都是你應(yīng)該做的。因?yàn)槟闶墙邮軇e人的幫助,你應(yīng)該回報他們。無論朋友或敵人,無論那個熟悉的或奇怪的人,不管他是富翁還是乞丐。幫助不選擇目標(biāo),不選擇時間,不選擇地方。去讓別人溫暖的心的.你,用你的手去幫助別人,用你的行動去說服別人。這是你應(yīng)該做的。你應(yīng)該學(xué)會付出,學(xué)會幫助。只要每個人都可以這樣做,這個世界將是一個搖籃,充滿了愛,地球是一個充滿溫馨的集體!
（五）Habits 習(xí)慣
Habits, whether good or bad, are gradually formed. When a person does a certain thing again and again, he will be obliged to do it in the same way by some unseen force. Once a habit is formed, it's difficult or even impossible to change or get rid of it. Therefore, it's of great importance that we should pay attention to the formation of habits.
不管是好習(xí)慣還是壞習(xí)慣都是逐漸形成的。當(dāng)一個人周而復(fù)始地重復(fù)做某一件事的時候，由于某種看不見的力量他不得不以同樣的方式做這件事。一旦習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成就很難甚至不可能改變或者戒除。因此，注意養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣很重要。
Good habits have many advantages. For example, going to bed early and rising early help us build a healthy body. Diligence helps to success. Honesty helps to win the respect and trust of others.
好習(xí)慣有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。比如，早睡早起幫助我們建立健康的身體。勤勞有助于成功。城市有助于贏得他人的尊敬和信任。
If we form bad habits, such as rudeness, laziness, lying and stealing, we might be mind by these habits.
如果我們養(yǎng)成壞習(xí)慣，比如粗魯、懶惰、說謊和偷竊，我們可能被這些習(xí)慣困擾。
In short, good habits helps us be better and bad habits make us worse, so we should try hard to form good habits and keep far from bad habits.
總之，好習(xí)慣有助于我們變得更好，壞習(xí)慣使我們更差，所以我們應(yīng)該努力養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，遠(yuǎn)離壞習(xí)慣。
（六）關(guān)于寬以待人 Treating Others Liberally
It is curious that our own offenses should seem so much less heinous than the offenses of others. I suppose the reason is that we know all the circumstances that have occasioned them and so manage to excuse in ourselves what we cannot excuse in others. We turn our attention away from our own defects, and when we are forced by untoward events to consider them, find it easy to condone them. For all I know we are right to do this; they are part of us and we must accept the good and bad in ourselves together.
令人奇怪的是，和別人的過錯比起來，我們自己所犯過錯似乎并不是那樣的不可原諒。我猜想，其原因應(yīng)該是我們完全清楚是什么導(dǎo)致了犯錯，因此能夠找到理由原諒自己，卻找不到理由原諒他人。我們沒有正視自己的不足之處，當(dāng)我們陷入困境而被迫正視它們的時候，我們也會很容易就放自己一馬。就我所知，我們這樣做是正確的。這些缺點(diǎn)是我們自身的一部分，我們必須接受這樣的自己——一個并非十全十美的組合體。
But when we come to judge others, it is not by ourselves as we really are that we judge them, but by an image that we have formed of ourselves fro which we have left out everything that offends our vanity or would discredit us in the eyes of the world. To take a trivial instance: how scornful we are when we catch someone out telling a lie; but who can say that he has never told not one, but a hundred?
但是當(dāng)我們對他人作評價的時候，我們不是憑自己的真心來評判別人，而是以一種自我建立的形象為基礎(chǔ)來評判他人，這種自我形象完全去除了在世人眼中與自己的虛榮心或者名譽(yù)相沖突的事物。舉一個簡單的例子：當(dāng)看出別人在說謊時，我們是多么地蔑視他��！但是，誰敢說自己從未說過謊？有的人撒的謊還不少。
There is not much to choose between men. They are all a hotchpotch of greatness and littleness, of virtue and vice, of nobility and baseness. Some have more strength of character, or more opportunity, and so in one direction or another give their instincts freer play, but potentially they are the same. For my part, I do not think I am any better or any worse than most people, but I know that if I set down every action in my life and every thought that has crossed my mind, the world would consider me a monster of depravity. The knowledge that these reveries are common to all men should inspire one with tolerance to oneself as well as to others. It is well also if they enable us to look upon our fellows, even the most eminent and respectable, with humor, and if they lead us to take ourselves not too seriously.
人和人之間沒什么大的不同。他們皆是組合體——偉大與渺小，善良與邪惡，高尚與卑劣。有的人個性較強(qiáng)，或者機(jī)遇較多，因而在這個或那個方面，他們能夠更自由地發(fā)揮自己的天資，但是人類的潛能卻都是一樣的。對我來說，我認(rèn)為自己并不比大多數(shù)人好一些或者差一些，但是我知道，假如我貫徹執(zhí)行了我生命中每一個行為和每一個掠過我腦海的想法的話，世人將會把我視為一個道德敗壞的怪物。這種認(rèn)識——每個人都會有這樣的怪念頭——應(yīng)當(dāng)能夠?qū)ξ覀儺a(chǎn)生啟發(fā)：寬容自己，也要寬容他人。假如因此我們可以在評價他人時不太嚴(yán)苛——即使是世間最杰出和最令人尊敬的人，而且，假如我們也因此不對自己自視過高，那就挺好的。
